How we work with partners
- No application is published automatically. Every partner is reviewed before appearing on the platform.
- Partners never see patient information unless the patient gives explicit consent for that facility.
- Recommendations are never ranked higher because a facility pays. Paying for a subscription buys presence, never priority.
- Partner subscriptions and quotation workflows are prepared in the architecture and activate in a later phase.

A commercial listing, not a medical recommendation
A partnership is a commercial listing, not a medical recommendation. RxGo does not rank hospitals by medical quality, does not endorse, certify or accredit any facility, and does not guarantee acceptance, prices, availability or treatment outcomes.
What a partnership gives you
- A reviewed profile inside RxGo, shown to people organising care in your specialties.
- Your own promotional space on that profile, in English and Arabic.
- A button that opens your official website directly, with the referral recorded for both sides.
- Your listing is never presented as a medical recommendation, and it is never ranked above another facility because of payment.
Fees
Partnership fees — registration, promotional placement and any referral arrangement — are agreed in writing with each facility before anything is charged. No fee is applied automatically, and no amount is charged until a partnership is agreed and configured by the platform administrator.
Every application is reviewed
Applying does not publish your facility. An application stays private and unlisted until our team has reviewed it. Nothing about your facility appears in RxGo as an approved partner before that review is complete.
Advertising and regulatory approval
Healthcare advertising is regulated in most countries. If your authority requires an approval or permit reference for promotional content, provide it with your application; our team records it before any promotional wording is published inside RxGo. In Oman, for example, healthcare advertising must be approved before publication and the approval number displayed where required. RxGo grants no regulatory approval of any kind, and recording a reference here does not replace your own responsibility to obtain it.
Wording that is not published
Promotional wording such as best hospital, number one, best for your condition, leading hospital, or any guarantee of treatment, outcome or price is not published, and neither is anything that reads as an RxGo recommendation or a claim of medical superiority.
Partner responsibility
- Accuracy of your facility's information, listed services, specialties and practitioner details.
- Licensing and regulatory compliance in every jurisdiction in which you operate.
- Prices, offers, availability, appointment scheduling and patient acceptance.
- Diagnosis, treatment, clinical decisions and treatment outcomes.
- Obtaining any advertising or regulatory approvals required before promotional content is published.
- Partners are independent third parties. RxGo / MyLife AI is not the hospital, clinic, physician, medical agent, treatment provider, insurer or legal representative of a partner.
- The existence of a listing is not endorsement, certification, accreditation, ranking or medical recommendation by RxGo / MyLife AI.
