Privacy Policy
This policy describes how MyLife AI handles personal, financial and medical information.
MyLife AI is built privacy-first. Information you add belongs to you, is isolated to your account at the database level, and is not shared with other users, partners or advertisers.
We collect only what the platform needs: your name, email, phone number, country and preferred language, plus the life, financial, health and medication information you choose to add.
Documents you upload — medical reports, statements, prescriptions — are stored in private storage. They are never publicly accessible and are not readable by other users.
Financial information is treated as private personal information. It is used to organize and calculate for you, and is never sold or shared.
Healthcare partners receive no patient information unless you record explicit consent for a specific facility. Consent can be withdrawn.
Access to sensitive records and administrative actions is recorded in an audit log.
You may request a copy of your data, delete individual documents, or delete your account. Deletion removes your records from the live platform, subject to any legally required retention.
Artificial intelligence features are not connected in this phase. When they are, the platform will state what is sent for processing, and AI output will remain clearly labelled as assistance rather than professional advice.
Final privacy and regulatory policies must be reviewed for each country in which the platform operates before commercial launch. This document is a working policy for a platform under development.
