MyLife AI provides personal organization, financial organization, healthcare navigation and medication organization services. It is an information and organization platform, not a medical practice, pharmacy, insurer or licensed financial firm.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. The platform organizes and analyzes what you supply; it cannot verify facts you enter.

The platform does not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions, or licensed financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Decisions based on platform output remain your own, and professional consultation remains necessary.

Healthcare partners listed on the platform are independent organizations. MyLife AI does not deliver clinical care and is not responsible for treatment provided by any facility.

Partner listings and subscriptions never influence how options are ranked or recommended.

Accounts are personal. You may not access another person's account or information, and automated scraping of the platform is not permitted.

Paid services are not available in this phase. When payments are introduced, they will be processed through PayPal, and access to a paid service will only be granted after payment is verified by our server.

The platform is under active development. Features may change, and areas marked as later phases are not warranted to be available on any specific date.

Hospital Partners are independent third parties. A partner listing is a commercial and informational listing: it is not endorsement, certification, accreditation, ranking or medical recommendation, and MyLife AI does not guarantee hospital quality, treatment success, patient acceptance, availability, prices or outcomes. You are responsible for independently verifying a facility, its licences, its services, its costs, appointments and treatment arrangements.

MyLife AI and RxGo provide informational navigation, organization and assistance. They do not replace licensed healthcare professionals, and you should seek appropriate professional care for diagnosis, treatment, emergencies and any clinical decision.

A Travel Treatment Assistance Document is an informational planning document produced from information you provide. It is not an official medical report, medical certificate, diagnosis, prescription, referral or insurance document, it creates no doctor-patient relationship, and it cannot replace documentation issued by a licensed practitioner or healthcare institution.

Nothing about your health is sent to a Hospital Partner unless you choose to share it. Sharing requires your explicit action, identifies the recipient, states what is shared, is limited to what the chosen purpose needs, and is recorded.

Healthcare, advertising, privacy, licensing, consumer protection and data-protection requirements vary by jurisdiction. Users and Hospital Partners are responsible for complying with the laws and regulatory requirements applicable to them. RxGo / MyLife AI does not provide legal or regulatory advice.

To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, MyLife AI's liability is limited to the amounts you have paid for the service in the period concerned, and it is not liable for the acts, omissions, clinical decisions or treatment outcomes of any independent third party. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms will be finalized under the law of the jurisdictions in which the platform operates before commercial launch.
